He'd done the original installation and after 15+ years the bottom of the doors had gotten some rot into them (due to poorly maintained maintenance). Dennis had doors removed, repaired and reinstalled with no issues whatsoever. Very competitively priced (these were high-end carriage garage doors). Dennis was great to work with and was one of the most friendy contractors we've worked with. (he even repainted the old hardware for us and left us a smaple of his moonshine - which was great btw).
